To anyone who wants to know what the fuck all of that means, Dorjan's name when in Rome was Titus Galerius Titus filius Marcus. When he landed in Ireland, he was given the name Dotjun An Fhaedha Mac Tadgh (Dark-skinned one of the woods, son of tadgh) when he was taken in under Daire's father's roof and unofficially "adopted." When foreigners are around that look at the Irish and are like WTF IS MY MOUTH SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THAT??? he just tells them his name is Dorjan, an Eastern European name he encountered while still in Rome.

This was all 99% come up with by Heather, the woman who plays Daire. The only thing I came up with was the name Dorjan, way back when I invented this little asshole back in 2005, and rather kicked and fussed and whined about changing his name until she educated me on how dumb it was for his background. :P Also because I'm an idiot when it comes to figuring out how to make sense of Ancient Roman and Gaelic naming conventions, and she's just damned good at it apparently. 8U Literally. When I realized I needed to come up with a name for him when he was in Rome, I was like ARGARBLE HOW AM I EVEN SUPPOSED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GIVE HIM A PROPER ROMAN NAME??? I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ON THAT! And she was like "You dork, I found all this stuff ages ago and was already doing it for you! 8V LOOK AT WHAT I HAVE" "8U WITCHCRAFT!"
